Dini was born in Salisbury, Rhodesia (as it was then called - now Zimbabwe)
She studied Fine Art at Rhodes University .
Many of Dini's  paintings are influenced by the scenic landscapes and peoples of her travels in and around Southern Africa. 
Her works can be seen at various galleries in South Africa .
She also has art works in private collections in United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany and Australia.

Dini likes to experiment in all mediums and subject matter, and her works are characterised by movement, light and colour.
